All services are subject to availability, technician scheduling, and the scope of work agreed upon between the customer and the Company prior to work commencing.
We primarily serve the greater Sacramento metropolitan area, including Sacramento, Elk Grove, Roseville, Carmichael, Citrus Heights, Rancho Cordova, Fair Oaks, Orangevale, Antelope, North Highlands, West Sacramento, Davis, and Woodland, California.
Service availability outside this area is at our discretion and may be subject to additional travel fees. Contact us to confirm whether we service your location before scheduling.
Estimates provided via phone, email, or online form are preliminary and subject to change upon on-site inspection. A firm quote will be provided before any work begins.
No work will begin without your approval of the final estimate. You will never be charged for work you did not authorize.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to work commencing.
Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability. We make every reasonable effort to arrive within the agreed-upon time window.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service call fee at our discretion.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to technician availability, weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible and work to find the earliest available alternative appointment.
Emergency calls are accepted 24/7. Emergency and after-hours service may be subject to additional fees, which will be disclosed before work begins.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Our labor warranty covers defects in workmanship for 1 year from the date of service completion, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Parts and materials are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist you in processing manufacturer warranty claims where applicable.
